What Is the Strategy-6 Coaching Path™?

The Strategy-6 Coaching Path™ is an exclusive six-session journey created by Coach Teresa Ekundayo and delivered through TMWT Coaching and Consulting. This signature method is designed to take you from a specific situation to a clear solution using structure, wisdom, and accountability.

This is not casual support or drop-in coaching. It is a structured, results-driven approach designed to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.

How It Works

Choose one focused issue, situation, or goal
This becomes your topic for the entire coaching path. One topic at a time, with clarity and intention.
Book your first session
You will complete a short prep form to help us begin with direction, not catch-up.
Show up ready
These sessions are not for emotional venting or figuring it out as we go. You are expected to show up focused and prepared.
Do the work between sessions
Coaching happens during our time together. Change happens between sessions. You will leave each meeting with action steps or reflection assignments.
Book one session at a time
Each session must be completed before the next is scheduled. The full six-session path must be completed within 12 weeks of the first appointment.
After 12 weeks, that topic is considered closed
If all six sessions are not completed, the topic will not be carried forward. A new topic will require a new Strategy-6 Coaching Path™.

30-minute private coaching sessions
One topic explored across all six sessions
A required prep form before each appointment

No casual conversation or off-topic discussion
You will leave each session with clarity, direction, or an action plan
